The process

Gather
We collect what the people across the table have said on the record: public statements, meeting records, interviews and documents. Your own materials can add to it.

Build
AI extracts how each person reasons, what they value and how they react under pressure. A behavioral scientist reviews the reads and rates the confidence of each one.

Rehearse
Your team talks with the persona in CounterMIND, in character, with a strategic playbook alongside: what matters to them, what to avoid, where there’s room to move.
- 04
Get coached
Pause anytime. The coach explains what was just signaled and suggests what to try next. Run it again until the approach holds up.
